According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Oahu single-family home sales heat up in July while median prices for single-family homes and condos reach new high.
While the island continues to faces a huge inventory drought, there’s no shortage of homebuyers eager to jump into the market this spring.
The annual percent increase in prices was a modest, healthy, and stable rise — single-family home prices up 2.7%, and condos gained 3.8%.

According to the realtor.com® 2018 National Housing Forecast, the easing of inventory shortages is expected to result in more manageable increases in home prices and a modest acceleration of home sales.
